The challenge

Creditas is one of the largest Brazilian startups - on the verge of becoming one of the few unicorns in the country. In exponential growth and accelerated expansion, the company has, in recent years, consistently doubled in size.

In the midst of the challenge of finding the best candidates for its team, Creditas hired INTERA's Hunt Hacking for the position of Tech Team Leader, a senior-level position to lead technology teams.

How INTERA solved the challenge

The first stage of the process consisted of designing a landing page whose purpose was to bring the elements of the company’s culture, in line with the technical requirements of the vacancy.

Next, we spread the word, specifically designed to reach senior professionals, with a technical background and a career focused on managing agile projects.

The disclosure also included a network of referrals from technology professionals, curated and cultivated by INTERA.
